Essentials of Track & Field (ETF) is a performance-based platform focused on elevating the science, coaching, and visibility of track and field. We believe track and field athletes represent the pinnacle of human athletic potential — and we’re here to prove it.

Through biomechanics, coaching systems, media, and modern storytelling, ETF connects athletes, coaches, and fans to the tools and knowledge that drive elite performance. Our goal is simple: put track and field where it belongs — at the center of the sports world.

EFT is the outcropping of observations made over the past 20 years regarding the state of Track & Field development. The proliferation of quality information, data, science is formidable. However, often in all sports and specifically in ours, advancements in understanding is not always applied on the field. It is the result of these observations that has led to the creation of Essentials of Track and Field.

At ETF, our team is a dynamic mix of coaches, athletes, U.S. Team coaches, NGO officials, and media professionals, all united by a shared passion for track and field. Together, we're committed to redefining how we train athletes and promote the sport in ways that are long overdue.
